Beef - 1 kg
Onion- 250gm
Green Chilies - 50 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste - 50 gm

Red Chilly Powder - 2 tb sp
Sombu Powder - 2 tb sp
Coriander Powder - 1 tb sp
Black Pepper Powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala ( home style ground) - 1 tb sp.
coconut oil - 250 ml
Curry leaves - 1 hand full

Method:-
Boil beef and cut it into 1/2 inch size small cubes.
Chop Onion and Chilies
Mix all the ingredients with beef except oil .
Heat oil in a thick bottom kadai. put the beef mixture and fry it in low flame till it separates the oil .
Slow process gives better result. If you need it in red color add food color while mixing the masala.
